I've been an entrepreneur for as long as I can remember. At 10, I was running a calligraphy business out of my bedroom. At 11, I was selling handmade hair bows. By 14, I'd launched a holiday sweatshirt and wreath empire to fund my cheerleading trip to London—and somewhere in between, I organized a summer dance camp for neighborhood kids because why not? Even then, I had this instinct to spot opportunities, rally people together, and build something out of nothing.

That same energy led me to start Milk Jar Cookies in 2013, initially as a small experiment in my apartment. What began as a passion project grew into a multi-million-dollar brand that's been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, O, The Oprah Magazine, and the Today Show. I did everything—developed recipes, crafted the brand story, scaled operations, managed nationwide fulfillment, and designed two retail locations from the ground up. It was exhilarating, exhausting, and deeply fulfilling.

My path to entrepreneurship wasn't exactly linear. Before cookies, I spent years as a post-production supervisor working on major network television series. That experience taught me how to manage complex projects, tell compelling stories, and stay calm when everything's on fire—skills that turned out to be incredibly useful when running a fast-growing business. I'm also a graduate of Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Small Businesses program, where I sharpened my strategic thinking and learned to marry creativity with operational rigor.

Beyond building businesses, I care deeply about using what I do to serve others. I've been honored to partner with José Andrés' World Central Kitchen on Los Angeles fire relief efforts, feeding communities in crisis and seeing firsthand how food can be a powerful force for connection and care. This work reinforced something I've always believed: that business can—and should—be a force for good.

These days, I channel all of this experience into helping founders, small businesses, and mission-driven organizations get clear on their vision, build systems that actually scale, and navigate the messy, beautiful intersection of creativity, operations, and strategy. My superpower? Transforming ambiguity into actionable plans and helping leaders operate with more freedom, efficiency, and confidence. Because I know what it's like to be in the thick of it—and I know how to find the way through.

I'm a firm believer that core values aren't just nice-to-have words on a wall. They're the foundation of sustainable success and the compass that guides every decision you make as a leader. When your values are clear and integrated into how you operate, everything else falls into place—your team, your culture, your growth, your impact. Good people can win. In fact, I believe they should win. And, I'm here to help you do exactly that.
